Farm Mutual Re recently launched “Mutual Support”, empowering the Mutuals to do a good deed by providing each one of the 48 Mutual companies in Ontario with a payment of $41,000. The payment enabled each Mutual to contribute philanthropic support to local relief efforts. Lambton Mutual distributed $8,200 each to these 5 organisations: V.O.N. Sarnia Lambton, V.O.N. Chatham-Kent, V.O.N. Middlesex-Elgin, Pathways Health Centre for Children and St. Joseph’s Hospice – Sarnia Lambton. “Our strength lies in our solidarity; it’s what mutuality is all about.”
