Remember that their claims adjuster can only work with the information that you provide and also to remember that you are only one client of many that they are assisting. Finally, remember to thank them.

Please compliment your staff on their patience and kindness. I had never had an accident before and was somewhat confused and distressed when I called to let them know what had happened. They took as much time as I needed to understand what is meant by “no fault” and to understand how I should proceed in getting repairs done.

Be patient – adjusters will do things as quickly as possible. Very efficient!

What one piece of advice would you give to other policyholders based on your claims experience?

We have no suggestions other than to hire more people like Cindy Blythe she did an amazing job we were so happy with her work. She was very reassuring throughout the process and provided us with the information we needed.
